01Light to keep, kept for long
Photos and videos are resized on your phone to a size that looks great on screen before they upload. They upload faster and use less storage. Your originals stay in your phone's photo app. Naran is not a backup of your originals.
02D-day and a timeline
Days together, anniversaries, a timeline, a calendar and a year-end recap: all ordered by date, never by likes.
03Letters
Letters are stored encrypted and open on the day you choose. Until then, their contents stay hidden from the recipient.
04Closer, in the app
Home screen widgets on iPhone and Android show the latest photo from your partner, your days together and the next anniversary.

Storage plans
Start with the free plan.
Start with photos and letters for free. Plans are per space, so when one of you pays, you both get it. Compare each plan’s storage and member limit. Paid prices include VAT. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions in the iPhone and Android app; they renew monthly and you can cancel anytime.
Paid plans are purchased in the iPhone and Android app under Settings → Plan. The free plan starts anywhere, on the web or in the app.

Full terms
- Spaces and storage
- A free account can belong to one space. The person paying for an active subscription can belong to up to three spaces, including spaces they joined. Other members keep their own account limits. Storage is separate for each space: paid capacity applies only to the space purchased, and a new space starts with the free capacity. Existing spaces remain accessible after paid access ends.
- What paid plans add
- Start with photos, letters and anniversaries for free. Paid plans add storage and room for more members. Archive also includes priority support.
- Download allowance
- Full-size viewing, downloading files and exporting records as ZIP files share one monthly allowance for everyone in the space. It resets at midnight Korea time on the first day of each month. If you use it up, downloads can continue next month.
- Payment and cancellation
- Subscribe monthly in the iPhone and Android app under Settings → Plan. Subscriptions are billed to your App Store or Google Play account, and cancellations and refunds follow each store’s policy. After cancelling, access continues until the end of the paid period.
- When paid access ends
- Records remain for 90 days after paid access ends, with the previous plan’s monthly allowance during that period. Renew within those 90 days and everything continues as it was. Afterward, records beyond the free capacity are deleted, newest uploads first, with advance email notice.
